About The Position

Max Roofing serves the entire Phoenix metro, handling custom homes, repairs, and full replacements, with a strong base of repeat and referral clients. Our mission is to be the BEST.ROOFER.EVER. We are growing fast with a focus on building out the retail side. Our back office operates on a proprietary AI agent platform that automates lead intake, customer experience, project coordination, and accounting, with a human team overseeing the AI. The company is profitable, growing rapidly, and designed for scalability. We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the operational systems, allowing the founder to concentrate on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience running operations in a lean business (not a department in a large company).
• Experience managing a team and making performance-related decisions.
• Experience owning or rebuilding a sales process.
• Ability to read a P&L and protect margins without being a bookkeeper.
• Comfort with technology and systems thinking.
• Ability to work with a fast-moving, direct founder, bringing decisions and escalating sparingly.
• Must live in the Phoenix Valley.
• Availability in person for job sites and team meetings.

• Take ownership of Meta ad performance.
