Strong enterprise presence with the ability to influence peers and senior leaders horizontally, including partnering effectively with other COOs and functional leaders.
  • Experience leading organizations through multiple phases of change, including strategy shifts, operating model evolution, and changes in ways of working. Ability to drive adoption while maintaining momentum and clarity.
  • Operating Discipline & Execution Management: Demonstrated success executing in a cross‑functional environment with dotted‑line resources. Ability to establish operating cadence, meeting discipline, prioritization routines, and accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

  • Set expectations, structure, and analytical standards for how research is conducted, synthesized, and translated into strategic insight. Establish a strategic and investment framework to enable teams when proposing initiatives or requesting funding.
  • Ensure the conversion of research into coherent strategies and well-supported business cases, ensuring assumptions are transparent and recommendations are decision-ready.
