About The Position
This role offers direct exposure to top AI foundation model labs and a front-row seat to building infrastructure for the next wave of embodied intelligence. The Chief of Staff will have the opportunity to scale global operations from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of data hours, providing an accelerated path to COO, GM, or Founder roles. The position involves supporting enterprise customer negotiations, structuring commercial frameworks, building strategic partnerships, and leading special initiatives. It also includes leading high-impact, cross-functional programs, optimizing global data production workflows, designing performance dashboards, and supporting fundraising processes and investor communications.
Requirements
- MBA from a top-tier institution (e.g., Berkeley Haas, Stanford GSB, Wharton, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Prior experience in operations and business development
- Experience in AI, robotics, data infrastructure, or deep tech industries
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mentality and execution discipline
Nice To Haves
- Experience at a high-growth startup (Seed to Series B stage)
- Background in management consulting, investment, or venture ecosystem
- Familiarity with global operations or cross-border expansion
- Technical literacy in AI / ML / Robotics
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise customer negotiations and SOW structuring
- Coordinate pricing strategy and commercial frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships across AI labs, robotics companies, and ecosystem players
- Lead special initiatives tied to long-term enterprise contracts
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs (e.g., large enterprise data delivery, global site expansion, hardware rollout)
- Build project timelines, milestones, risk logs, and accountability structures
- Drive alignment across engineering, operations, legal, and finance
- Establish scalable project management frameworks and internal cadence (weekly reviews, KPI dashboards)
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of complex initiatives
- Optimize global data production workflows (multi-site, multi-country)
- Design internal performance dashboards and KPI systems
- Improve margin efficiency and operational scalability
- Drive cross-border coordination (US, LATAM, SEA)
- Support fundraising processes and investor communications
- Assist with term sheet analysis and capital planning
- Coordinate legal, governance, and board-level processes
- Drive high-priority confidential projects
