About The Position

Quantum Industrial Services is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and operationally driven Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This is not an administrative support role. This position plays a critical role in helping drive strategic initiatives, organizational accountability, operational alignment, and business growth across a multi-entity industrial construction organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and tactical level. This person must be able to influence executive leadership, manage competing priorities, drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced growth environment. Strong business acumen, financial understanding, communication skills, and executive-level professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Construction Management, Industrial Management, or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role or comparable strategic operations role supporting executive leadership
  • Strong financial background and business acumen required
  • Strong experience with KPI reporting, executive dashboards, operational reporting, and strategic project management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to influence and build credibility across executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience working within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred
  • Mergers & acquisitions experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on operational improvement, scalability, and business growth
  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities including diligence coordination, integration planning, and execution tracking
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational performance metrics
  • Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and strategic reporting
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and drive accountability for follow-through across departments
  • Help improve organizational infrastructure, processes, and operational systems
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to improve alignment and execution
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, business risks, and process improvement opportunities
  • Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and strategic research
  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as needed to support company objectives
