With over 3,300 five-star reviews and a significant audience, the company is scaling from a successful flagship to a national portfolio. This role is crucial for installing an operating system that ensures clarity, focus, and momentum, enabling leaders to operate independently and freeing the founder to concentrate on vision, media, capital, and future expansion. The mission is to dramatically enhance the effectiveness of the founder and leadership team by converting ideas into decisions, decisions into owners, owners into deadlines, and deadlines into tangible outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a Chief of Staff, founder operations, executive operations, COO-lite, or similar founder-facing operating role.
  • Direct experience supporting or partnering with a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a high-growth company.
  • Experience running executive cadence, cross-functional projects, or operating rhythms across multiple functions.
  • Experience driving accountability across managers, leaders, or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build or manage execution systems in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion.
  • Strong daily fluency with AI tools for productivity, automation, documentation, and workflow design.
  • Ability to travel regularly to Whitwell, TN for onsite leadership work and founder time.
  • Relentless follow-through and fast execution.

  • Ability to take a messy founder download and turn it into clean execution.

  • Background in luxury hospitality, premium consumer brands, real estate, media, or experience-driven companies.
  • Experience building AI automations, agents, internal tools, dashboards, or knowledge systems.
  • Experience managing sensitive founder, investor, VIP, or executive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Protect founder's time and decision quality by filtering inbound requests, preparing decision-ready briefs, and escalating only critical issues.
  • Convert ideas from meetings, voice notes, and texts into clear decisions with assigned owners, deadlines, and definitions of done.
  • Run the weekly leadership cadence, including sprints, MIT discipline, pre-reads, agendas, decision logs, and accountability tracking.
  • Oversee the operating rhythm for major cross-functional projects (over $25K or 40+ hours) to ensure timely completion and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain the company's operating system, including ClickUp structure, SOPs, templates, dashboards, Decision Log, Priority Stack, Kill List, and internal knowledge base.
  • Codify founder's thinking into reusable principles, decision rules, and SOPs to ensure consistency and reduce repeated explanations.
  • Implement AI workflows and automation to streamline repeatable tasks and save leadership time.
  • Coach functional leaders to clarify priorities, tighten plans, surface blockers, and meet commitments independently.
  • Draft internal communications, recaps, and briefs with clarity and the appropriate founder voice.
  • Ensure relentless follow-through and fast execution, acting as a coach and enforcer for the leadership team.
  • Manage sensitive founder, investor, VIP, or executive communication.
  • Audit founder's time and identify execution leaks.
  • Optimize the founder's calendar around highest-leverage work.
  • Automate or systematize recurring manual workflows.
  • Flag and resolve risks before they escalate to founder-level issues.
