About The Position
We are hiring a high-agency Chief of Staff to support a fast-moving founder-led team in scaling operations, improving execution speed, and driving cross-functional coordination across business priorities. This role is ideal for a resourceful, proactive generalist who thrives in ambiguity, communicates clearly, and can operate as a force multiplier across multiple areas of the business.
Requirements
- A “jack or jill of all trades” who is highly adaptable and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to take ownership without constant oversight
- Highly reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Familiarity or interest in social media, digital business, or the creator economy
- Comfortable working EST-aligned hours (or having worked EST hours for multiple years)

Responsibilities
- Act as a right hand to the founder, helping manage priorities, execution, and day-to-day operational flow
- Coordinate across projects, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Support business operations with research, problem-solving, and structured thinking
- Help manage communications, documentation, and internal alignment across stakeholders
- Identify issues early and take initiative to solve problems without needing heavy direction
- Support social media and creator economy-related initiatives where needed
- Assist with light strategic work, including analysis, planning, and execution support
