About The Position

No Saint is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their growing consumer products company. This role is crucial for managing the rapid influx of new opportunities, priorities, and initiatives that arise due to the company's expansion. The Chief of Staff will act as the operational layer between leadership's priorities and their execution, ensuring the company can move at a fast pace without operational breakdown. This is not an administrative role; it requires comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving in undefined areas, and rapid learning across new domains. The Chief of Staff reports to the COO.

Requirements

  • High-judgment operator, capable of defining priorities and defending them.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience running operations or serving as a Chief of Staff in a fast-paced company.
  • Experience operating in complex environments, including multi-market and multi-discipline scenarios, with an understanding of cross-border challenges.
  • Experience working alongside product and technical teams and contributing to technical discussions.
  • Ability to quickly become conversant in unfamiliar business domains (customs, fundraising, ERP, compliance, AI).
  • Proficiency with modern toolsets including ERP (Odoo or equivalent), BI and dashboards, project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Notion), and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
  • Comfortable enabling execution across teams without taking over tactical work or seeking personal credit for outcomes.
  • Ability to add minimal, effective structure to prevent operational breakdown.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the operating layer between leadership's priorities and their execution, ensuring the organization metabolizes direction.
  • Hold the entire business in view, identify areas of stagnation, and resolve them.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to manage everything organizational around technical and product execution, requiring technical fluency to participate in discussions and drive decisions.
  • Own prioritization and sequencing across the business, deciding what moves forward, deferring or killing initiatives, pressure-testing COO priorities, and forcing decisions.
  • Run commercialization and expansion efforts, translating market entry plans into actionable steps with owners, dependencies, timelines, and operational execution (logistics, distribution, customs, inventory).
  • Build templates for market entry to streamline future expansion.
  • Own the compliance surface for new markets, ensuring approval and compliance requirements are visible, owned, and integrated into plans.
  • Maintain coherence in the corporate structure for tax, financing, operations, and liability, ensuring alignment with business direction.
  • Make the business legible by building dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for leadership, identifying risks and stalled initiatives.
  • Support the ERP and reporting buildout.
  • Prepare the company for fundraising by owning diligence preparation, data room management, investor follow-up, and board materials.
