About The Position

The Chief of Staff will work closely with our CEO to drive efficiencies, enact change, and provide a framework for the Executive Team to tackle the most important strategic and operational priorities of the company. This role will sit at the center of the organization helping translate company strategy into execution across product, go‑to‑market, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to advance the company's highest-priority initiatives and strategic objectives.
  • Translate strategic mandates into structured, cross-functional execution plans.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects encompassing product development, finance, operations, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Establish internal operational rhythms, including planning cycles, Objective and Key Results (OKRs) development, and executive-level reporting.
  • Develop analytical models and decision frameworks to inform company leadership.
  • Orchestrate investor and board preparations, including the creation of materials, metric tracking, and in-depth analysis.
  • Identify operational constraints and implement scalable, best-in-practice processes.
  • Serve as a critical liaison between the leadership team and the broader organization to ensure cohesive alignment and clarity of direction.
