Ashland Animal Hospital in Ashland, MA is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead their dedicated team of veterinary professionals. In this pivotal role, the Chief of Staff will serve as both a medical leader and trusted clinician, providing high-quality patient care while mentoring associate veterinarians, guiding medical protocols, and shaping a collaborative, high-performing culture. This position offers the opportunity to influence the medical direction of the hospital while continuing to practice excellent veterinary medicine alongside a skilled and supportive team. The practice includes 4 exam rooms, 1 treatment area, 1 fully equipped surgical suite, newly updated kennels for hospitalized patients, and equipment such as Ultrasound, Digital radiography, and Digital dental radiography. The schedule is 4 weekdays/week with a dedicated surgical day and rotating Saturdays. It is a 100% Small Animal Practice. The hospital partners with Pittie Love Rescue and NEADS Service Dogs, supporting rescue animals and service dog training through their medical services.
