The Role As our Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive execution across strategic priorities, align cross-functional teams, and ensure organizational efficiency. With prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar role, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our company scales thoughtfully and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar strategic leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and discretion.
- Effective communicator, able to distill complex ideas into actionable strategies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring key initiatives are prioritized and executed.
- Oversee the alignment of strategic objectives across departments and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
- Manage internal and external communications, including partner and investor relations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track company performance against key metrics.
- Lead planning and execution of executive meetings, retreats, and special projects.
- Act as a problem-solver, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve workflows.
