About The Position

Over the past year, GovEagle has reached a critical inflection point. With 5x revenue growth and 10x DAU, their product-market fit is undeniable. As they scale toward $10M ARR and beyond, the complexity of their operations, fundraising, and strategic initiatives is growing faster than their current bandwidth. GovEagle is looking for a marketing-heavy Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's "force multiplier." This isn't an administrative role; it is a high-leverage strategic partner role, with a special accent on growth projects. You will be the glue between departments, the driver of special projects, and the person who ensures the leadership team stays focused on the highest-value priorities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of high-performance experience – Ideally in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth "operator" role.
  • Strategic Breadth – You can pivot from a high-level board deck to a granular data analysis of our churn rates without missing a beat.
  • Hyper-Organized & Proactive – You don't wait for a to-do list; you anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and solve them.
  • Strong Communicator – You can distill complex AI and GovCon concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • U.S. Citizen – Able to discuss controlled, export-restricted workflows and handle sensitive data related to GovEagle's GovCon client base.
  • Presence – Ability to work in person in New York City or DC five days a week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience navigating the GovCon or Federal procurement ecosystem.
  • Technical literacy regarding LLMs and AI agentic workflows.
  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or Founder’s Associate role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives – Lead high-priority cross-functional projects that don't yet have a home, especially growth marketing.
  • Executive Support & Proxy – Act as a sounding board to the CEO, ghostwrite internal/external communications, and step into meetings as a proxy to unblock decision-making.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations – Assist in preparing materials for future funding rounds and maintain regular reporting cycles with Tier-1 investors.
  • Special Projects – Tackle "zero-to-one" problems, such as standing up a new customer success framework or refining our GovCon regulatory positioning.
  • Culture & People – Help scale the team by overseeing hiring processes for key roles and ensuring the NYC/DC office culture remains high-intensity and mission-driven.
