About The Position

The Chief of Staff to the CEO works directly with the CEO at a rapidly growing healthcare services and technology company. This hands-on role sits at the center of strategy, finance, operations, and AI, with company-wide ownership and room to grow. The position is remote within the U.S., with a base salary of $170,000–$210,000 plus bonus and equity. The role turns the CEO’s priorities into plans and delivered results, applies data and financial analysis to improve decisions and performance, and builds better workflows, dashboards, and lightweight tools using AI. It drives projects across operations, finance, and product, removes blockers, maintains accountability, writes decision memos, and runs an operating cadence that moves the business forward.

Requirements

Experience working at a healthcare company.
Meaningful ownership in strategy, BizOps, finance, product, or operations.
Hands-on analytical depth in SQL/Python, workflow automation, or advanced financial modeling and investment analysis.
A record of delivering cross-functional work and earning greater responsibility.
Strong academic credentials, including a completed bachelor’s degree.
Clear writing and the ability to turn a messy problem into a practical recommendation.

Nice To Haves

An MBA, MHA, technical master’s, CFA charter, or comparable advanced credential.
Something useful built with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agents, or similar coding tools.
Experience with a scaling healthcare business, health plans, Medicare/Medicaid, or value-based care.
