About The Position

Join a rapidly growing healthcare services and technology company focused on bringing better care to people who need it most. This is a hands-on role working directly with the CEO at the center of strategy, finance, operations, and AI. The position has company-wide ownership and room to grow. The Chief of Staff will help shape how the company scales and may expand their scope as the business grows. The role is remote within the U.S.

Requirements

Experience working at a healthcare company, with meaningful ownership in strategy, BizOps, finance, product, or operations.
Hands-on analytical depth in SQL/Python, workflow automation, or advanced financial modeling and investment analysis.
A record of delivering cross-functional work and earning greater responsibility.
Strong academic credentials, including a completed bachelor's degree.
Clear writing and the ability to turn a messy problem into a practical recommendation.

Nice To Haves

An MBA, MHA, technical master's, CFA charter, or comparable advanced credential.
Something useful built with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agents, or similar coding tools.
Experience with a scaling healthcare business, health plans, Medicare/Medicaid, or value-based care.

Responsibilities

Turn the CEO's biggest priorities into clear plans and delivered results.
Use data and financial analysis to sharpen decisions and improve performance.
Build better workflows, dashboards, and lightweight tools with AI.
Drive projects across operations, finance, and product; remove blockers and keep teams accountable.
Write crisp decision memos and run an operating cadence that moves the business forward.
