About The Position

Travefy is the connected system powering the travel industry. More than 50,000 travel agencies and advisors run their businesses on Travefy: one platform to manage clients, design and sell stunning trips, market their brands, and run the back office. Travel is booming, a new generation of advisors is reshaping the industry, and Travefy builds the tools they run on. Come help shape how an entire industry works. This is a rare seat. As Chief of Staff you will report directly to the CEO and work with the entire senior leadership team as a force multiplier across the company. You will sit in the room where strategy and growth decisions get made, then make them real. One week you might drive a growth initiative or research a major partnership. The next you might prep a strategy session, launch a company wide program, or jumpstart a project with no playbook. And some of the work is wonderfully ordinary: payroll, review cycles, Friday lunch. That work keeps a whole company focused on what it does best, and the best people in this seat build systems that make it hum. Some roles hand you a lane. This one hands you the whole map. It is an entry point to leadership at Travefy, built for someone hungry, incredibly capable, and early in a high trajectory career who wants the broadest operating experience a company can offer.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in a high standards environment such as consulting, banking, or startup operations. We screen on capabilities, not titles.
  • A super organizer who creates order from chaos.
  • A reliable closer: no dropped balls, no reminders needed.
  • Strong analytical skills: fluent in spreadsheets, at home with models and messy data.
  • A strategic thinker with an owner's mindset.
  • Able to influence without authority, with judgment and tact.
  • AI native: you already use tools like Claude to multiply your output.
  • Totally discreet. This seat sees sensitive information every day.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to HR or people operations (payroll, benefits, review cycles).
  • SaaS or travel industry familiarity.
  • Based in the Pennington, New Jersey area, able to work alongside our CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Take high priority projects from ambiguous ask to shipped outcome.
  • Own high impact projects across growth, operations, and strategy, the ones that move the company but have no natural home.
  • Support enterprise growth and partnerships with research and analysis that shapes real decisions.
  • Run the cadence behind our leadership meetings: agendas, action items, and closed loops.
  • Build the systems the company runs on, from priority trackers to our KPI rhythm.
  • Prepare strategic materials for leadership and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and our promotion and review cycles.
  • Run payroll and contractor payments, working with our accountants on related processes.
  • Own the moments that make Travefy special: team events, retreats, and weekly office lunch.
