About The Position

The purpose of this role is to increase the effectiveness of the CEO and the company by ensuring the company's most important priorities receive the analysis, coordination, and follow-through they require. This is an execution-oriented role designed for someone early in their career who wants extraordinary exposure to how a modern financial services company is built. You'll work across technology, operations, product, risk, finance, and corporate functions, helping transform strategic ideas into measurable business outcomes. Every week will look different. Nice To Haves

Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, analytics, or low-code platforms is a plus.
Mortgage insurance experience is not required. We welcome candidates from technology-enabled industries who bring fresh perspectives and a passion for solving complex business problems.

Responsibilities

Support the company's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
Translate ideas into work plans, timelines, analyses, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure critical projects continue moving forward.
Follow up relentlessly to ensure commitments become completed work.
Conduct research, build business cases, and analyze complex issues.
Build financial models, dashboards, presentations, and executive materials.
Break ambiguous problems into structured recommendations.
Prepare materials for executive meetings and Board discussions.
Learn every major component of Anza's business.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve executive productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Help redesign workflows that improve customer experience while increasing organizational efficiency.
Support implementation of enterprise transformation initiatives.
Build trusted relationships throughout the organization.
Work across departments to remove obstacles and improve execution.
Support leaders as they implement strategic initiatives.
Help reinforce a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
