About The Position

Chasi is building the future of equipment commerce, helping dealers and rental companies sell faster, respond to customers around the clock, and keep machines in the field. This role is an intense, minimum 2-year position for someone looking to grow into leadership or start their own company. The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO on the highest-priority areas of the company as it scales, including go-to-market strategy, pricing and positioning, partnerships, hiring, investor and board relations, and strategic decision-making. The role requires acting on behalf of the CEO when needed and driving initiatives forward with urgency and good judgment. This is a demanding but rewarding position for the right candidate.

  • Operated in high-bar environments.
