If you're at the beginning of your leadership journey and looking for an opportunity to accelerate your career, this role offers exposure and experience that few positions can match. Working directly with OXEA's Chief Transformation Officer, you'll partner with the executive leading the company's enterprise-wide transformation. You'll be at the center of the initiatives shaping OXEA's future, from executing our Value Creation Plan and supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations to driving operational improvements and strategic business initiatives across the organization.
