The Director Assistant & Chief of Staff, HR Business Partner/Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) will support the SVP, Colleague Strategic Partner. This SVP provides dedicated support to the leaders of U.S. Consumer Services (USCS), Global Advertising & Brand Management (GABM), Corporate Development and Amex Digital Labs. This role will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimize operating rhythms and governance, and partner with business leaders to accelerate transformation, enhance the colleague experience, and deliver measurable enterprise value. In addition, the Director Assistant & Chief of Staff will foster a connected, high-performing team by strengthening collaboration, cultivating an inclusive and engaging team culture, and creating opportunities that reinforce alignment, transparency, and shared purpose across the organization.
