We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill our Chief of Risk and Research Management position, a role where you will serve as a member of the executive leadership team of the Division, and provide strategic oversight for division-wide planning, legislative and regulatory coordination, communication with stakeholders, and data-drive system analysis. You will directly influence the alignment of behavioral health services with state and federal regulations, while driving continuous improvement in both divisional and programmatic performance. Requirements

  • Three years of professional experience in the broad occupational fields of the division or department.
  • Two years of supervisor and/or managerial experience, which may be concurrent with the professional experience.
  • Experience in one of the professional areas that comprise the division’s purpose and function.
  • Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.
  • Ability to formulate objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization.
  • Ability to capitalize on opportunities and manage risks.
  • Ability to show understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact, empathy, concern, and politeness to others.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with others.
  • Ability to relate well to people from varied backgrounds and different situations.
