About The Position
Salem Hospital, an academic community hospital member of the Mass General Brigham healthcare system, is seeking a Chief of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The Chief will be the key clinical, strategic, and operational leader for the ongoing operations and development of these services at Salem Hospital. This is a full-time position with clinical and administrative responsibilities. The role involves working at a top hospital in Massachusetts with a 20-bed ICU and on-site outpatient sleep center, serving a diverse and complex patient population. The Chief will be responsible for growing the local team, partnering with other leaders within MGB, and supervising house staff.
