The New Jersey Judiciary, Office of Management and Administrative Services, is seeking an individual with strong leadership, administrative, communication and writing skills to serve as the Chief of Programs and Procedures. Working within the Support Services Division of the Office of Management and Administrative Services under the direction of the Assistant Director, the individual will oversee responsibility for several statewide programs including: Statewide Jury Management, Language Services, Volunteer Services, Complementary Dispute Resolution, a statewide print shop and office services which includes fleet management and a stockroom. The selected individual will provide leadership and guidance to effectively manage programs. They will work with judges as well as central office and vicinage staff to ensure the effective implementation of policies and processes; respond to the judiciary’s specific and emergent needs in these subject areas; provide ongoing evaluation and monitoring of each program’s effectiveness; work closely with the vicinages to identify and implement best practices. The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
