About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Tavares Rehab. The CNO will direct all nursing service activities for the facility, maintain adequate staffing for nursing care, and develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing services. Requirements

  • Active RN License in the state.
  • Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.
  • Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required
  • Current BLS and ACLS required.

Nice To Haves

  • three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
  • Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

  • Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
  • Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.
