About The Position
Ignite Medical Resort Oklahoma City is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer. This role is responsible for the health of each resident and the coordination of services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process. The job description may be revised at the discretion of Administration.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nursing license in good standing in the State of Oklahoma
- Degreed as a registered nurse from accredited nursing program
- CPR and First Aid training
- Ability to speak, hear, and read English
- Ability to discern temperature, texture, size, and shape
- Exceptional attendance is a requirement
- Registered Nurse
- 2 year Director of Nursing experience in SNF

Responsibilities
- Resumes responsibility for the health of each resident and the coordination of services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process.
- Maintains quality assurance and implements plans for improvement.
- Organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Accurately complete job responsibilities within the specified time constraints to meet the needs of residents, regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.
