The Ridge Behavioral Health System, a 110-bed hospital in Lexington, KY, provides comprehensive psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, including Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, and Medication Management. It is a teaching facility that has served over 92 Kentucky counties for nearly 40 years. The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for integrating and coordinating a patient-centric nursing strategy with a focus on high-quality, cost-effective patient care, consistent with Universal Health Services' mission, vision, and values, and in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. The CNO will also contribute to the hospital’s strategic planning and institutional goal achievement.
