About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for their Covington LTACH facility. PAM Health is a specialty healthcare provider with over 80 locations across 17 states, committed to high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service. The CNO will direct all nursing service activities, ensuring adequate staffing and developing policies and procedures in compliance with PAM Health system standards and accreditation requirements. Requirements
- Active RN License in the state.
- Master’s Degree , or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.
- Regardless of degree (AD, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters) a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required
- Current BLS and ACLS required.
Nice To Haves
- three years of experience in nursing management preferred.
- Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).
Responsibilities
- Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
- Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.
