About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Katy is hiring a Director of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer. The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for residents’ health and for coordinating services to provide the appropriate level of care, as determined through the assessment process. The role requires maintaining quality assurance, implementing improvement plans, and being available for after-hours and weekend calls while maintaining the chain of command.

Requirements

Registered Nurse.
Two years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
Ability to take calls after hours and on weekends and maintain a chain of command.
Ability to understand and follow through with directions related to patient care.
Present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the health of each resident.
Coordinate services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process.
