More about El Dorado Springs Behavioral Hospital El Dorado Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in Tucson, AZ. We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for adults ages 18+. Requirements

  • Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred

  • ASLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all nursing operations in alignment with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement strategic nursing plans to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in patient care.
  • Champion performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives across the facility.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top nursing talent to build a high-performing, compassionate care team.
  • Manage nursing budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation to support operational goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between nursing, medical staff, and executive leadership.
  • Represent the hospital in professional organizations and community health initiatives.
