Vogo is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the next stage of our growth and own the company's growth and brand engines end-to-end. As the senior-most marketing and growth leader in the business, you will own a profit-and-loss line for growth and be responsible for translating marketing investment into durable, profitable revenue while continuing to build and strengthen the Vogo brand. You will own and oversee the full growth funnel across both web and app experiences, including paid acquisition across search, social, affiliate, metasearch, and hotel ads, as well as lifecycle marketing, retention, SEO, organic growth, brand, and the attribution and measurement infrastructure that ties it all together. You will inherit a lean, high-performing team and a sophisticated, data-driven acquisition engine, and will be expected to both set the strategy and lead its execution. Throughout, you will champion AI and automation to streamline workflows, accelerate creative development and experimentation, and extend the reach and effectiveness of the team. The ideal candidate combines exceptional growth marketing expertise with a builder mindset: pragmatic, ownership-driven, and excited to make a measurable impact. This role reports directly to the CEO, serves as a member of the executive leadership team, and is a full-time hybrid position based in Dallas.
