America’s Floor Source Group (AFS) is a growing, multi-brand flooring business aiming to reach $500M in revenue. Operating across four brands and seven channels, AFS is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to elevate its marketing efforts. This is a growth-focused role, not a turnaround position, requiring a leader to accelerate existing marketing strategies and drive significant revenue growth. The CMO will have full ownership of marketing strategy for Retail, Ecommerce, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Pro channels, which represent key growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing strategic decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role within an execution-oriented culture, where leaders are expected to be close to the work and treat revenue as a personal responsibility. The ideal candidate will build organizational alignment around the customer, collaborating with sales, operations, and the contact center to ensure a consistent, conversion-focused customer experience across all brands and channels. Influence beyond the marketing department is expected.
