About The Position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a senior executive responsible for developing and leading Dynasty's full marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, advisor recruiting, and business growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), the CMO leads the firm's brand and marketing vision across all channels and ensures alignment with Dynasty's growth objectives. This is an opportunity to shape the brand of a category-defining firm at an extraordinary inflection point.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
15+ years experience in marketing and brand management, with a preference of 5 years in a senior executive marketing role (CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop market plans, and align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling, clear narratives.
Strong organizational and time management skills needed to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Executive presence and interpersonal skills to represent Dynasty with media, prospects, Network Partners, and senior industry stakeholders.
Proven track record of success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments where speed, agility, and strategic clarity are equally valued.
Familiarity with SEC and FINRA marketing compliance requirements for registered investment advisors and broker-dealers.
Collaborative, results-oriented leadership style with the ability to inspire teams and build alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy aligned with Dynasty's growth objectives, expanding its Network Partner community, deepening brand authority in the RIA ecosystem, and accelerating advisor recruiting pipeline.
Understand target markets, to articulate Dynasty's key value propositions, and establish measurable marketing plans that drive business outcomes.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Executive leadership team, ensuring marketing is embedded in Dynasty's overall growth strategy.
Own and evolve Dynasty's brand identity, ensuring consistent, compelling representation across every channel and touchpoint.
Protect and enhance Dynasty's reputation as the industry's leading advocate for independent financial advisors, managing brand perception across media, advisor community, and prospects.
Leverage Dynasty's visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards to create a cohesive and differentiated market presence.
Oversee Dynasty's digital marketing presence all social and digital channels.
Lead SEO/SEM strategy, content marketing, email marketing programs, and paid digital campaigns to maximize advisor-intent traffic and conversion.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and lead generation programs.
Report marketing performance, ROI, and strategic insights to the CEO and executive team on a regular cadence.
Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously optimize campaigns, messaging, and channel mix.
Manage Dynasty's marketing budget with discipline, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest impact activities and ROI is consistently measured.
Build and manage relationships with external agency partners, media outlets, and vendors to maximize marketing leverage.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team — including internal staff, agency partners, and specialized contractors.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
