About The Position

The Chief Maintenance Engineer will lead, train, and mentor an engineering team, focusing on safety, service, and standards. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, managing capital and engineering budgets, and overseeing inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity. The position also champions loss prevention and safety programs and partners with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance projects to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • First Class Stationary Engineer License Required.
  • 5+ years in engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Budget & P&L experience.
  • Knowledge of safety codes.
  • Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday, you don’t shy away from screens and systems.
  • Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays—you’re ready when duty calls.
