About The Position

The Chief Maintenance Engineer will lead, train, and mentor an engineering team, ensuring safety, service, and standards are maintained. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, managing capital and engineering budgets, and overseeing inventory and scheduling for productivity. The Chief Maintenance Engineer will also champion loss prevention and safety programs and partner with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance projects to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • First Class Stationary Engineer License Required.
  • 5+ years in engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Budget & P&L experience.
  • Knowledge of safety codes.
  • Tech-savvy mindset (e.g., CMMS, Workday).
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, or holidays).
