About The Position

The Chief Maintenance Engineer will lead, train, and mentor an engineering team, focusing on safety, service, and standards. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, managing capital and engineering budgets, overseeing inventory and scheduling, championing loss prevention and safety programs, and partnering with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance projects to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in engineering.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Budget & P&L experience.
• Knowledge of safety codes.
• Tech-savvy mindset (e.g., CMMS, Workday).
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, or holidays).
