About The Position
Prudential is seeking talented soon-to-be college graduates for its Chief Investment Office (CIO) Analyst Program. This four-year, entry-level role offers exposure to multiple facets of a dynamic organization, aiming to provide substantial and long-term business impact. The program is designed to develop technical and professional skills while collaborating with leaders in the investment community. The Chief Investment Office (CIO) is a major strategic partner, responsible for asset/liability management, interest rate risk management, and oversight of product investment margin performance and related hedge management activities. With over $400 billion in assets under management, the CIO manages investment portfolios through its Alternative Assets Group and Global Hedge Management team within Prudential Select Strategies LLC, and its U.S. and International Portfolio groups.
Requirements
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Minimum 3.2 GPA recommended
- Possess the requisite US employment authorization

Responsibilities
- Asset/liability management
- Interest rate risk management
- Oversight and reporting on product investment margin performance
- Hedge management activities
- Originating, underwriting, and managing a diversified portfolio of fund investments
- Providing comprehensive hedging solutions and efficient trade execution
- Implementing and managing multiple hedge programs
- Facilitating cross-currency investment activity
- Managing Prudential’s U.S. investment portfolios
- Developing asset-liability management-oriented portfolio strategies
- Selecting, directing, and overseeing asset managers
- Managing Prudential’s proprietary international investment portfolios
