About The Position
Mahler Sotheby's International Realty, a leading luxury real estate firm specializing in representing buyers and sellers of extraordinary homes throughout Wisconsin, has created a new role with 360-degree responsibility for leading the growth of the organization. The Chief Growth Officer will join the #1 global luxury brand with a solid infrastructure, over 70 talented real estate advisors, an established footprint of offices, and the resources to grow the organization. The ideal candidate is embedded in Wisconsin, has significant experience in the real estate space, and a track record as a builder and a transformative leader. The compensation range is open and will include a competitive base, incentive structure, and benefits. The package could include long-term equity for the right person.
