About The Position
The McDonnel Group is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer to lead its Business Development and Marketing teams. This executive will align growth strategy with the company’s continued growth and long-term success, identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate has strong strategic relationships throughout the Greater New Orleans area and Gulf South Region, along with a proven ability to cultivate partnerships and drive growth. Executive-level experience in engineering or construction, or in a large, complex organization, is required.
