Under the administrative direction of the President/CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership for the financial health and long-term sustainability of Macon Resources, Inc. The CFO is responsible for developing and executing the organization's financial strategy while ensuring strong fiscal stewardship, profitability of business operations, effective capital management, enterprise risk management, and long-term financial planning. The CFO oversees all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, investments, reimbursement optimization, business analytics, purchasing, information technology, and revenue cycle functions. The CFO serves as a strategic advisor to the President/CEO and Board of Directors, providing financial insight that supports organizational growth, operational excellence, and mission fulfillment while meeting all applicable local, state and federal laws; licensure/certification/accreditation regulations and agency policies and procedures.
