About The Position
GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a private equity-backed heavy equipment dealership in the Baltimore area (~$125M revenue) that is scaling aggressively toward $200M-$250M through both organic growth and acquisitions. They’re building out their executive team and are looking for a hands-on, strategic CFO to help lead the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants a true seat at the table and the ability to help scale a platform.
Requirements
- Experience in floor plan lending / asset-based financing
- Strong relationships with lenders and capital providers
- M&A experience within a PE-backed environment
- A leader who can operate both strategically and in the weeds
Responsibilities
- Finance, HR, and IT leadership
- Strategic planning and decision support for ownership
- Banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital structure
- M&A execution and integration
- Building scalable processes and infrastructure
