With military-grade security, limitless scalability, and seamless cloud integration, Cloudian’s S3-compatible object storage lets users optimize data access, meet data sovereignty requirements, and cut costs by consolidating information to a single, cloud-like platform. Cloudian’s geo-distributed architecture manages and protects object and file data at the edge, core, and in the cloud, for both conventional and modern applications. Cloudian is a leading AI infrastructure software company that co-developed cuObj with NVIDIA — the S3 over RDMA library that accelerates object storage performance and is part of NVIDIA's strategic CUDA library ecosystem. With a strong recurring subscription revenue base and deep integration into the AI infrastructure stack, we are seeking a seasoned CFO to help us capitalize on a significant growth opportunity ahead.
Requirements
- Senior CFO with 10+ years of experience including multiple cycles of investor-facing financial leadership across growth equity fundraises, strategic M&A transactions, and PE-backed exits
- IPO experience is a strong plus
- Deep experience in enterprise infrastructure or AI infrastructure software
- Bay Area based — full-time role
Responsibilities
- Full financial leadership — planning, reporting, analysis, and audit readiness
- Investor relations — serve as the primary financial contact for investors, lead diligence processes, and present the financial story with confidence
- Strategic partnership with the CEO and board on capital allocation, M&A, IPO, and long-term financial strategy
