About The Position

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to be a key member of our executive leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the company's overall financial health and strategic direction. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in leading all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning, and capital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive financial experience.
• At least 5 years in a CFO or similar senior-level financial leadership role.
• Proven experience in a multi-unit, high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant industry metrics, including prime cost, labor management, and unit-level economics.
• Demonstrated experience in capital raises, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and investor relations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• MBA and/or CPA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights and guidance on all business decisions.
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board of directors, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the company's capital structure and lead fundraising efforts.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure data integrity.
