About The Position

Gerrie Electric is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be responsible for the financial health, integrity, and long-term sustainability of the organization. This role requires a hands-on, pragmatic financial leader with proven CFO experience in multi-site, complex distribution businesses or similar environments, who can thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture. The CFO will act as a trusted advisor to ownership, providing forward-looking financial insight, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide performance management. Key responsibilities include establishing KPIs to drive profitability and optimize cost structure, overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation, and leading banking relationships and financing strategies to support investment, growth, and acquisitions.
