You will partner with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance, support growth initiatives, maximize federal funding opportunities, and ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission.
Requirements
- Proven executive-level financial leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative leader who translates numbers into impact
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred
- Healthcare, FQHC, hospital, or nonprofit finance experience preferred
- Passion for community health and health equity
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Oversee and optimize finance operational performance, accounting, revenue cycle, payroll, and pharmacy financial operations
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and Board presentations.
- Guide compliance with GAAP, FQHC regulations, and sound internal controls.
- Support expansion of services and community health initiatives
