The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a strategic financial leader responsible for positioning NABA for long-term financial strength, operational excellence, and mission alignment. Serving as a key partner to the CEO, COO, and Chief Revenue Officer, the CFO ensures that NABA has the financial systems, data integrity, and forecasting capabilities required to execute the organization’s strategic priorities. The CFO oversees financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audit, compliance, internal controls, and technology systems supporting finance. This leader will elevate NABA’s financial rigor, strengthen policies and processes, and build transparency through precise, timely reporting.
