ISPOR, the Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research, a growing global nonprofit with more than 15,000 members across 120 countries, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring strong fiscal management and compliance while driving the financial strategy that supports ISPOR’s mission. This role is responsible for multi-year financial forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and developing internal controls and policies. The CFO will also manage banking and investment relationships and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and key committees.
