Pillars Community Health is looking for our next Chief Financial Officer. Our previous CFO was recently promoted to become our President & CEO. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a member of the Executive Leadership team and is responsible for all financial matters of Pillars Community Health, and oversees organizational risk management, Facilities and IT. The CFO reports to the President & CEO and works closely with and advises the President & CEO and the Board of Directors. In addition, the CFO will collaborate with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement financial strategies across the organization. The CFO will oversee all accounting functions, including audits, tax preparations and internal controls, banking relationships and treasury functions, budgeting, compliance and recognition for government (federal and state) contracts and private grants, and service revenue from multiple payer sources. The CFO will also oversee business operations including risk management, real estate and facilities management.
