About The Position
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for safeguarding the facility's assets and ensuring that financial statements, including books and records, are prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP. This role also involves ensuring compliance with company financial and accounting policies and procedures, and verifying that internal controls are effective in both design and operation, including routine monitoring. As a key member of the Facility A-Team, the Chief Financial Officer participates in establishing and implementing strategic business plans for the facility. This individual is a vital part of the facility management team, regularly interacting and communicating with various internal and external constituents, including regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities
