Aviva Family and Children’s Services, a non-profit organization serving Los Angeles children, youth, and families since 1915, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for financial management strategies and tactics to ensure the organization's mission success and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead the Finance and Information Technology departments, overseeing a combined team of approximately eight. The role requires a collaborative, learning-oriented leader with experience in the mental health and/or nonprofit sector, skilled in building systems and strengthening budget and contract management. Experience within complex Los Angeles-based organizations is beneficial for assessing needs, setting priorities, and implementing improvements.
