About The Position

Company is an international iGaming product business focused on delivering immersive casino entertainment experiences for global audiences. The company develops and operates a broad portfolio of live casino, RNG, and slot products with a strong emphasis on product quality, operational reliability, and engaging player experiences. The business works with partners across multiple markets, helping them strengthen user engagement and long-term product performance through scalable gaming solutions and premium visual production.

Requirements

• Experience in leading and coordinating finance functions across international entities and regulated jurisdictions.
• Full ownership of financial accounting and statutory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, international standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Experience coordinating communication with external regulators, local advisors, and finance stakeholders.
• Ensuring financial compliance related to licensing, AML frameworks, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing intercompany flows, transfer pricing activities, and tax-efficient corporate structuring initiatives.
• Collaborating with Legal and operational leadership to maintain clear ownership across financial and compliance processes.
• Managing relationships with local finance teams, accounting leads, external auditors, and outsourced finance providers.
• Partnering with executive stakeholders on growth strategy, operational scaling, and international expansion initiatives.
• Building financial models supporting strategic decisions such as market expansion, studio launches, infrastructure investments, and commercial partnerships.
• Owning consolidated management reporting across the Group structure.
• Leading budgeting cycles, forecasting processes, and company-wide financial planning activities.
• Driving business performance analysis and financial visibility across multiple business units.
• Monitoring and interpreting operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Developing unit economics frameworks and profitability analysis across products, regions, and B2B partnerships.
• Analyzing key commercial metrics including revenue performance, ROI, LTV, CAC, and operational efficiency indicators.
• Supporting shareholder reporting activities, dividend planning, and profit allocation processes.
• Overseeing banking operations and maintaining strategic banking relationships.
• Managing liquidity planning and optimizing cash flow across entities.
• Ensuring efficient and reliable payment infrastructure across the Group.
• Designing and improving internal financial controls, governance standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Optimizing and scaling finance operations within a high-growth environment.
• Leading ERP implementation initiatives and finance automation projects, including Odoo-related process development.
