About The Position
Serves as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees MHW's financial planning, budgeting and on going adherence to budget as well as policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership. Directs/manages the hospital's financial, accounting, budgeting audit controls standards/activities and statistical reporting. Recommends cost effective and efficient solutions. Serves as liaison for financial matters between the hospital and executive leadership, management, financial institutions and regulatory agencies. Serves as a member of the leadership team and participates in development of the organization's vision, policies and short/long-term objectives.
Requirements
- Masters (Required)
- AHCA Background Screening (AHCA) - State of Florida (FL)
- 5 years progressive healthcare finance
- Finance or Business Administration or In a job related field
