About The Position

Our client is looking for a hands-on, high-energy Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function across multi-site operations. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to ownership while remaining deeply engaged in day-to-day financial operations, directly influencing growth, profitability, and market expansion. This is an opportunity to shape financial strategy in a complex, multi-site manufacturing organization with $100M+ in revenue. You must have prior CFO experience and a proven track record of combining strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. Requirements

Prior CFO experience is required
CPA required
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required
Equipment or industrial manufacturing experience required
ERP systems experience required

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management
Drive performance and operational efficiency
Provide strategic guidance growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives
Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
Manage banking and lender relationships, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
Drive annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives
Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and tax oversight
Partner cross-functionally to improve cost structure, pricing, and margins
Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital projects
Support capital investments, expansion efforts, and operational scaling
Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team of 10
